Handmade Products
Every piece is individually handmade and wheel-thrown or hand-built.Small variations in shape, size, colour, glaze, texture, and pattern are a natural part of the handmade process and make each item unique. These variations are not considered defects.
Product Information
We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

Orders
Orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary. In this case, any payment received will be refunded.

As many items are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Customs & Import Charges
Customers outside Cyprus are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country
Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged. No refund will be issued if the item arrives damaged due to shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, slight differences between pieces are expected and are not considered defects.
Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs/video of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We will work with you to find the best solution.
